Executives, complex decisions, finance change – I help quench the thirst for Insight. Whether its flying light aircraft, white water rafting down the Zambezi, playing the bass guitar or engaging with 2 energetic boys and their exhausted mom – trust, relationships, focus, leadership and balance are at the heart of what powers me.

The organisations I work with are trying to improve performance, while driving complex change. The most debilitating issues is the lack of appropriate, transparent measures that are linked to data and insights that can be trusted. Many struggle with legacy issues (process, systems, people, or data) and the burden change places on this infrastructure.

I am the Consulting Partner lead in the UK, and my roles include:
– Financial Services Finance Transformation Lead partner, focussing on finance transformation (especially with technology enabled transformation, ERP, EPM, Cloud)
– Sponsor our YoungMCA involvement
– Lead our Consulting ColourBrave initiative
– Board member on Chartered Management Consulting Award Oversight Board

I have over 20+ years finance transformation experience in Insurance and other sectors. In particular, I have focussed on consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, management information and regulatory reporting covering process, systems, data and people (operating model). I am also a Charted Management Consultant since 2020, in recognition of the work and experience I have completed in my client engagements.
