Daniel Aschoff – Head of Publishing and Editorial, Central and Eastern Europe at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty
Daniel Aschoff is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience at Allianz. He began his career in print journalism, contributing to the Munich “Abendzeitung.” In May 2011, he joined Allianz Deutschland as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the client magazine “1890,” a role he held until July 2014.
He then served as Head of Corporate and Sales Media from August 2014 to November 2015, followed by Head of Internal Communications from December 2015 to September 2017.
In October 2017, Aschoff became the Regional Head of Communications for Central and Eastern Europe at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), a position he maintained until January 2023.
He was then promoted to Head of Newsroom at Allianz SE in January 2023, and in November 2023, he assumed the role of Head of Publishing and Editorial. Aschoff holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Leipzig, earned between 1998 and 2003.
