Jim Bramblet – Senior Managing Director, North America Insurance Practice Lead at Accenture
Jim Bramblet leads Accenture’s P&C and Digital Insurance consulting businesses in North America. He is a Consulting leader focused on large scale clients and transformation programs in the P&C and Life businesses. His expertise includes digital transformation, operating model strategy and strategic cost reduction.
Jim has led clients through operating model transformations for large claims workforces, inclusive of new processes, contact centers, Field and Home Office organization structures and roles, physical locations and leadership structures. He has also led the redesign of the Sales, Distribution and Underwriting workforces to drive more effective interaction with agents and brokers, geographic coverage a book of business scale by geography.
He has worked with clients to develop their digital strategy for Home & Auto lines of business, and worked with a large Life and Annuity player to develop a strategic roadmap and investment strategy plan. Jim holds a BBA from University of Miami.
