Martina Neary

Martina Neary – UK Insurance and FS Midlands Leader at EY

Martina is the UK National Markets Consulting Leader as well as the Financial Services Leader in the EY Birmingham Office.  In this role, she oversees people in all four service lines but specializes in Consulting for CFOs of our Insurance clients.

Martina first became a partner in a consultancy firm in 2010 and joined EY UK in 2016.  She has served as an engagement partner on many assignments for major UK and global insurance companies including finance transformation, Solvency II, and IFRS17 as well as Merger & Acquisitions and post-merger integration projects. She has spent most of her professional life working across Europe and has also worked briefly in the US.

Martina holds an MBA from City University in London.
