Rajiv Dattani – associate partner in McKinsey’s London office
Based in McKinsey’s London office, Rajiv works extensively with insurers, asset managers, and private-equity firms. He has served companies around the world on a range of topics including strategy, M&A, and performance transformations.
Working in partnership with top executives, Rajiv helps leaders shape enterprise and business strategy, drive performance transformations, realize growth, adapt culture, and deliver greater shareholder value.
His recent projects include the following:
- advising on a strategic transformation for a global insurer
- building an enhanced capital-allocation and decision-making capability at a large global financial institution
- designing and implementing a performance transformation for an asset manager
- supporting a global alternative-asset manager with defining its new strategy
Rajiv studied philosophy, politics, and economics at St. Anne’s College at the University of Oxford.
