An enjoyable career in the treaty reinsurance business was followed by almost 6 years leading Aon’s wholesale and specialty insurance business in London. As of late 2021, delighted to have been asked to refine and shape Aon’s future climate strategy.
Richard Dudley’s responsibilities cover the teams headlined above. The UK & Ireland team manages most of Property & Casualty relationships with UK domestic reinsurance clients. “Specialties” includes Specialty Casualty; Agriculture; Credit & Financial Risks and Accident, Health & Life.
As well as these team leadership responsibilities, I lead Aon Benfield client teams on several accounts including two Aon Benfield Global clients. I also serve as a Board Director of Aon UK Limited and am a member of the Aon Benfield UK Executive and the Aon Benfield EMEA Advisory Board.
