Insurtech ManageMy has raised $45 mn in new capital, including $20 mn in a Series B round, to expand internationally and accelerate development of AI-driven functionality across its platform.
The round was co-led by Ventura Capital and OCVC, the investment vehicle of Sean O’Connor, co-founder of Zilch.
Additional capital came from BNF and strategic investors connected to the insurance sector. The valuation was not disclosed.
ManageMy provides a platform enabling insurers to sell, service, underwrite and administer policies. The company operates globally, with a London presence, and is led by co-founder and CEO Stephen Collins.
Proceeds will fund expansion into new markets, deepen operations in North America and support product development.
Part of the capital will strengthen AI capabilities embedded across underwriting, servicing and operational workflows.
Collins said the funding supports the company’s aim to deliver an integrated insurance operating model built for scale.
This funding marks a major milestone for ManageMy and validates our vision of a more intelligent, integrated, and adaptable insurance operating model.

“From the outset, we built ManageMy as a scalable, enterprise-grade platform capable of compounding value as insurers grow and modernise,” Collins said.
Ventura Capital managing partner Mo El Husseiny said the firm views ManageMy’s automation and intelligence layer as strategically relevant for insurers and brokers seeking to modernise legacy systems.
ManageMy has built something of massive strategic value to the insurance industry. Their combined application of intelligence and automation into insurers and brokers environments unlocks value at scale.
Mo El Husseiny, managing partner at Ventura Capital
“The insurance industry has struggled to modernise its business models compared to the financial services market. ManageMy is at the forefront of digitally transforming the insurance sector, one of the world’s largest and most lucrative markets,” said Mo El Husseiny.
Ventura Capital and OCVC previously co-led the company’s Series A round around two years ago, reinforcing their continued backing as ManageMy scales within the global insurance technology sector.
