Policybazaar, a digital insurance and personal finance marketplace operating in the UAE, has introduced Watania Takaful – PB Auto Care Advantage (Pitstop P360), a comprehensive motor plan developed with Watania Takaful and Pitstop Automotive Services. The product links insurance coverage directly to guaranteed access to premium garage repairs.
The plan offers priority claims handling and repairs at Pitstop360 facilities in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain.
Policyholders receive dealership-grade workmanship and year-round car care benefits bundled into the insurance contract rather than sold separately.
Chief Executive Officer Neeraj Gupta said the initiative addresses a structural gap in the UAE motor market. Agency repair options often narrow after the second year of a vehicle’s life, despite many cars carrying five-year manufacturer warranties.
By the fourth year, choices can become limited. Gupta said the partnership removes the trade-off between affordability and warranty protection, noting Pitstop operates under the AGMC umbrella, allowing AGMC-brand vehicles and others to retain manufacturer warranty compliance.
