API-first insurtech Root launched Certified Developer Community program

Insurtech Root, a low-code, API-first insurance technology provider, has introduced its Certified Developer Community program. This initiative is designed to upskill in-house developers at insurance companies, enabling them to collaborate, share best practices, and drive innovation in insurance technology.

The program addresses the industry’s need to improve scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in insurance technology projects. By offering a structured onboarding and certification process, Root helps developers become certified Solutions Engineer freelancers.

These certified engineers gain access to freelance opportunities, project allocations, and a robust support system managed by Root’s Solutions Engineering team. The program also provides ongoing training, mentorship, and performance monitoring to ensure developers continue to grow their skills.

Root’s Certified Developer Community program underscores its commitment to delivering insurance technology projects faster and more efficiently. It also serves as a strategic move to expand Root’s ecosystem while providing insurance businesses with access to skilled talent capable of implementing scalable and cost-effective solutions.
