The system then retrieves information from Steadily’s underwriting engine, including square footage, construction year, and other property characteristics. Within seconds, the application generates an estimated monthly insurance premium.
Results appear directly in the conversation interface along with property attributes and projected monthly costs. Users who wish to continue can move into Steadily’s full quoting process to finalize policy details and bind coverage.
Darren Nix, CEO and co-founder of Steadily, said property investors already rely on AI tools to evaluate deals, model rental income, and analyze real estate markets.
