Gavin is a Sr Expert at McKinsey & Company based in the Boston office. He is a leader in the firm’s insurance practice where he serves a broad range of P&C insurance carriers, solution providers, tech disrupters, and private equity investors on strategy, distribution, claims and pricing & underwriting topics.
Prior to McKinsey, Gavin held various executive leadership positions with Liberty Mutual Insurance Co across Product, Distribution and Claims UW operations serving both Personal and Small Commercial markets.
In all things, Gavin’s obsession has been the application and operationalization of data, analytics and AI/ML in insurance processes, products, pricing and decision making at scale.
