I am also a fully qualified actuary, former head actuarial and quantitative finance services, and digital insurance leader of a big four firm. I worked as an external expert for and with various supervisors in the field of risk management and risk models for insurers and banks.
I built successfully up data analytics, actuarial, and quantitative finance consulting teams and developed new business and client segments.
People are the most essential success factor of a business. If people are happy, clients are happy, so the business will be happy. Consequently, I was always responsible for all aspects of people management in my business units.

I hold a Ph.D. in mathematics from ETH Zurich. I am a part-time lecturer for data analytics at the ETH Zurich and a volunteer mentor of young female mathematicians and actuaries. I love to enable people to pursue a tech career and transfer into future demanded technology jobs.
My passion in my leisure time is my 10+ goats 🐐 and the breeding of two rare and endangered goat breeds, of which only 100 each exist.
