Joe Peiser as Global CEO of Aon’s Commercial Risk business, lead all broking, consulting, and innovation across all lines of P&C insurance for all industries and all client segments. Previously I was Head of Commercial Risk for Aon North America.

Having been in the insurance industry since 1986, I have taken on many roles including broking, alternative risk financing, and client executive functions. Prior to Aon, I served as Global Head of Broking for Willis Towers Watson, where I was responsible for the broking strategy, including the deployment of its technology-based Broking Platform. I also focused on the strategic relationships with WTW’s major carrier partners.

I am on the board of trustees for All Stars Project / Development School for Youth, which provides mentorship to under-privileged youth and teaches theatre and performance skills as a means to prepare for entry-level positions in business. I am also on the board of trustees for G.O.A.L.S. Athletic League, a not-for-profit softball league for underprivileged girls of Brooklyn and Queens NY.
