Prachi Patkee – Life & Health R&D Analyst, CUO L&H Reinsurance at Swiss Re
Prachi Patkee is a Life and Health R&D Analyst at Swiss Re. She joined in January 2021 and is based in the London office. She leads thought leadership/comms for the team, in addition to providing scientific consultancy, and advising on internal briefings across a spectrum of L&H topics.
Her work focuses on forecasting long-term mortality and morbidity trends, COVID-19, assessing novel biomarkers of health, and exploration of emerging risks such as climate change. She also supports academic and industry partnerships.
Prachi holds a PhD in clinical neuroscience from King’s College London (UK), where she was previously a postdoctoral research associate in neuroimaging.
