Rupert Moore – CEO of UK Reinsurance Solutions Aon
Rupert Moore is the CEO of UK Reinsurance Solutions at Aon, where he leads the reinsurance strategies and services for the UK market. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of risk transfer solutions, advising clients on reinsurance needs, and supporting the development of new products in response to the evolving risk landscape. His leadership focuses on innovation, risk management, and aligning reinsurance offerings with the needs of the insurance industry.
Aon has appointed Rupert Moore to take over from Nick Frankland in leading its reinsurance solutions in the UK as part of a global management reshuffle. Moore has been with Aon since joining as a graduate trainee in 2000. He has spent the last five years as CEO of Aon’s reinsurance solutions business in Japan and will be returning to the UK.
