Tresa Stephens – Head of Cyber, Tech & Media – North America at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS)
With over a decade of experience and knowledge in this specialty insurance segment, she is a leader in cyber insurance. After graduating from New York University, Stephens held senior underwriting positions at Hiscox and Chubb, where she specialized in delivering cyber, tech and professional liability solutions for both small/middle-market customers and large-enterprise clients.
While at Hiscox, she participated in a rotational program that enabled her to work across multiple functions, including insurance operations, state filings and claims. She also traveled to London to underwrite media, entertainment and event exposures for their customers across Europe.
She served as the cyber underwriting manager, Northeast, at Argo Group, where she led a team on transactional and strategic initiatives in the region, before joining Allianz in 2020.
Stephens is a board member of the Eastern chapter of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
