Jones DesLauriers Consulting, the benefits consulting division of Jones DesLauriers Insurance and a Navacord broker, has partnered with Vita Assure, a Quebec-based firm specializing in group benefits and retirement solutions.
The partnership, effective October 1, 2024, marks Navacord’s first benefits-focused collaboration in Quebec, signaling its entry into the province’s benefits consulting market.
Vita Assure, headquartered in Montreal with additional offices in Ottawa, supports small and medium-sized businesses by offering tailored employee benefits, including wellness services beyond traditional packages. Led by president Dominic Iafigliola and vice president Gianna Ricciardi, the firm is known for its client-focused consultative approach.
Vita Assure also produces a podcast addressing workplace wellness, emerging trends, and best practices, furthering its goal to be a thought leader in the benefits space.
