Rokstone, the international (re)insurance division of Aventum Group, has signed a five-year capacity agreement with Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty, a unit of Allianz SE.
This new deal extends earlier collaborations across commercial insurance lines, including marine, aviation, property, and alternative risk transfer.
The agreement will support the development of both existing programs and new areas of business, with a focus on specialty sectors such as natural resources, construction, and marine. Financial details were not disclosed. Rokstone did not provide additional comment.
Vanessa Maxwell, chief underwriting officer at Allianz Commercial, said the extended agreement supports Allianz’s strategy to expand its commercial and specialty insurance operations globally.
We are thrilled to make this announcement today. We’ve enjoyed a long and successful collaboration with Allianz.
Ian Anson, Global CEO of Rokstone, comments

With the extension of our collaboration with Rokstone, we want to underline our commitment to targeted expansion in Commercial and Specialty insurance on a global level.
