You represent that you are at least 18 years old. The Company does not knowingly permit use of the Service by persons under 18.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use personal information.

3) Editorial Independence, Standards, and Corrections

Beinsure is a news and analysis publication. We maintain editorial standards designed to promote accuracy, fairness, transparency, and independence.

3.1 Editorial Independence

  • Editorial decisions are made independently of advertising, sponsorship, partnerships, affiliate arrangements, or other commercial relationships.
  • Advertisers, sponsors, and partners do not have the right to review, approve, or edit editorial content prior to publication.

3.2 Sourcing and Verification

  • We aim to rely on primary documentation where feasible and to cite or identify sources sufficiently for readers to evaluate claims.
  • We distinguish news reporting from analysis, opinion, reviews, and sponsored/partner content through labeling and format.

3.3 Anonymous Sources

Beinsure generally favors on-the-record sourcing. Anonymous sources may be used only when an editor approves and when the information is both newsworthy and reasonably corroborated.

When anonymity is granted, we seek to explain the reason for anonymity and the source’s proximity to the facts without exposing identity.

3.4 Corrections and Updates

We correct material errors promptly once verified. Corrected articles may include timestamped correction notes, and we may maintain a public corrections log. Updates may also be made to reflect new information after publication.

4.1 Clear Labeling

We may publish:

  • Advertising (display ads, sponsorship placements)
  • Sponsored/Partner Content (paid content, clearly labeled)
  • Affiliate links (where we may earn a commission if you purchase)

Where required or appropriate, we provide disclosures on relevant pages or articles indicating commercial relationships.

4.2 Separation of Advertising and Editorial

Advertising and sponsorship are separated from editorial decision-making. Editorial content is not produced in exchange for payment unless explicitly labeled as sponsored/partner content.

5) Professional Information Disclaimer

The Service provides journalism, commentary, and general information. Nothing on Beinsure constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or other professional advice, nor does it constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances.

6) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or in a way that disrupts or harms the Service, the Company, or other users;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • Post or transmit malicious code;
  • Misrepresent affiliation with the Company;
  • Infringe intellectual property rights or violate privacy/publicity rights of others.

We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

7) Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (including text, graphics, logos, layout, and compilation) may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may read, share links, and quote limited excerpts consistent with fair use and proper attribution. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission unless otherwise indicated.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies.

9) Availability, “As Is,” and No Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, that any information or content will be accurate, reliable, or current, or that defects will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on statutory consumer rights, so some exclusions may not apply to You. In such cases, exclusions apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Where liability limitations are restricted by law, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is established and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12) Dispute Resolution; Venue

You agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the Company is established and operates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13) Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
