Alpine Intel, a US-based insurance solutions provider, has acquired BSC Forensics for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is expected to improve efficiency and accuracy for its clients, which include insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), law firms, manufacturers, and government entities.
BSC Forensics specializes in forensic investigations covering structural, electrical, mechanical, and fire-related incidents.
Alpine Intel stated that its commercial claims customers will benefit from BSC Forensics’ ability to assess full commercial properties, providing a comprehensive damage evaluation rather than relying on spot checks.
The acquisition expands BSC Forensics’ capacity and resources, enabling quicker scheduling and broader coverage. Legal counsel for the deal was provided by Robison Bradshaw.
