AI Studio isn’t just another drag-and-drop builder. It comes loaded with production-tested workflows, called “recipes,” drawn from real deployments with major healthcare organizations. Agents are domain-trained, context-aware, connector-ready.
They slot into enterprise systems, orchestrate together, and adapt to policy or operational quirks of each provider or payer.
This sidesteps the usual pilot purgatory where healthcare AI goes to die – brittle integrations, missing context, unclear use cases.
The Marketplace isn’t static either. Customers gain access to new models, templates, and workflow patterns without having to rebuild architecture.
That’s what allows insurers and providers to move quickly across pain points like prior authorization, claims, utilization management, care management, and population health.
The product stack has layers. A Curated Knowledge Graph captures SOPs, policies, job aids, and live system context, grounding decisions in real time.
A low-code builder lets teams compose multi-agent pipelines, test, and version them behind secure APIs.
Governance, audit trails, RBAC, and human-in-the-loop review are baked in. There’s also a conversational assistant, so operations or clinical teams can literally debug workflows with natural language prompts.

The release also introduces a Private Agent Marketplace. Enterprises can package approved workflows internally, creating something like a secure App Store for governed AI agents.
Every new agent or workflow feeds back into the enterprise’s AI flywheel – accelerating care decisions, improving affordability, and nudging patient experience closer to what the system keeps promising but rarely delivers.
