Duck Creek Technologies, a insurtech provider of software for property and casualty (P&C) and general insurance, has expanded its senior global leadership team with three industry veterans to drive growth and transformation.
William Magowan has been named Senior Vice President of North American Sales, Elodie Hilderal takes on the role of Managing Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Christian Erickson becomes Managing Director for Asia Pacific (APAC).
The trio will work with the broader organization to create new opportunities for expansion and revenue growth. Their efforts will also focus on delivering top-tier experiences for Duck Creek’s customers and partners globally.
Magowan returns to Duck Creek with two decades of experience as a sales leader in insurance technology. He has a strong track record of building high-performance sales teams, driving product innovation, and delivering customer value.
Hilderal, formerly Duck Creek’s Vice President of Sales, has 15 years of leadership experience in sales, professional services, and customer success. Her background spans roles in the insurance and reinsurance enterprise software industry.
Erickson brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, and professional services. He previously served as General Manager for financial services and insurance segments at Cognizant and Accenture, where he led growth, customer success, and professional services.
