Ebantic restructures operations into four units focused on industry, media, AI

Ebantic, a Spanish technology solutions company specializing in digital transformation and workflow automation, announced the launch of four new business units, Ebantic Industry, Ebantic Media, Ebantic Consultancy, and Ebantic Lab, marking a structural reorganisation designed to sharpen its technology offering and expand its role in a fast-shifting digital environment.

The move reshapes how Ebantic delivers services, with each unit addressing a distinct operational and technological need.

Ebantic Industry focuses on industrial software development, including custom systems, process automation, and tools aimed at improving operational efficiency and cost control across complex production environments.

  • Ebantic Media centres on media platform integration and audiovisual workflow management, helping organisations manage content at scale and maintain tighter control over distribution, performance, and audience engagement. The unit targets media companies facing pressure to modernise workflows without disrupting existing operations.
  • Ebantic Consultancy operates as the group’s strategic advisory arm, supporting organisations across sectors as they navigate digital transformation and adopt artificial intelligence. The emphasis sits on long-term execution rather than short-term deployment, aligning technology decisions with business strategy.
  • Ebantic Lab serves as the company’s innovation space, concentrating on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, accessibility-focused design, and sustainability-driven tooling. The unit acts as a testing ground for new approaches before they move into commercial deployment.

Carles Rams, CEO of Ebantic, said the reorganisation reflects the company’s intent to anticipate client needs rather than react to them. He said the new structure allows Ebantic to adapt to ongoing change while keeping innovation at the centre of its operating model.

The creation of the four units reflects Ebantic’s broader aim to deliver specialised solutions in an increasingly competitive and digitised market.

The company operates with a multidisciplinary and distributed team and maintains strategic partnerships to extend technical depth across projects.

Ebantic brings more than a decade of experience in technology and operates within Spain’s digital innovation ecosystem.

The company participates in sector organisations including Cluster Digital and Cluster Audiovisual of Catalunya, and holds Innovative SME recognition from Spain’s Ministry of Science and Innovation.

According to Beinsure, the shift toward clearly segmented business units mirrors a broader trend among mid-sized technology firms, where specialisation and operational clarity increasingly matter as clients demand both depth and execution speed.
