AI-powered technology company IntelePeer has sequred $140 mn in new growth funding and debt financing co-led by Savant Growth and VantagePoint Capital Partners, included support from Coller Capital, Hollyport Capital, Manulife Investment Management, and Achmea.

Vector Capital, through its new direct credit strategy, Vector Velocity, led the debt financing.

This new financing will support IntelePeer’s goal to “reinvent the contact center and reimagine customer experience through AI and automation.”

Founded in 2003, with offices in Florida and Colorado, IntelePeer offers AI-powered omnichannel communications solutions that automate customer interactions.

Since its launch, the company has automated over 600 mn customer interactions across voice, messaging, and digital channels, reducing the cost of interactions.

IntelePeer’s AI business grew by over 100% year-over-year. We anticipate further acceleration due to our focus on reinventing the contact center through customer self-service automation.
