mea Platform and Regenvita partner to speed AI adoption in Scandinavia

mea Platform, a fast-moving InsurTech known for its AI-driven systems, has formed a strategic partnership with Regenvita Ltd, the advisory firm launched by Clint Sookermany.

The goal is straightforward – speed up AI adoption across the Scandinavian insurance sector, where digital maturity is high but operational friction still drags in property and casualty and marine lines.

As part of the deal, Sookermany becomes an advisor to mea and introduces the platform to leading Nordic carriers.

According to Beinsure, the move fits his track record in helping insurers translate innovation into business gains, especially in the Nordics where he has worked with executives on targeted, high-impact AI programs.

Regenvita, based in London, focuses on identifying and executing AI initiatives that improve efficiency and open new growth channels.

Its experience in the region gives it a strong read on where Scandinavian insurers struggle – often in manual, document-heavy workflows that stick around even in otherwise advanced organisations.

mea’s platform delivers accuracy, scale, and speed straight out of the box. Insurers, MGAs, and brokers use it to free internal resources so they can focus on differentiating underwriting strategy or client service rather than wrestling with repetitive admin.

The tech targets underwriting, claims, and finance – the big cost centres where automation changes margins fastest.

Sookermany says the partnership formalises work that was already in motion. Scandinavian insurers run digitally strong operations, he notes, yet commercial and marine segments still rely on time-consuming tasks that drain staff energy.

mea’s AI goes directly at those workflow bottlenecks, cutting through cost-intensive routines so specialists can get back to actual decision-making.

Max Richter, mea’s CEO for EMEA and its global growth leader, says Sookermany brings deep Scandinavian market insight and practical experience with AI and automation.

Clint brings deep knowledge of the Scandinavian insurance market, as well as practical subject matter expertise in AI and automation.

With Regenvita involved, mea aims to show Nordic carriers how its automation platform produces measurable performance improvements in underwriting, claims, and finance – the areas where it matters most for profitability.

“Together with Regenvita, we can show Nordic carriers how mea’s Al-driven operational automation platform delivers measurable gains where it matters most underwriting, claims, and finance.”

In November, mea Platform rolled out a serious upgrade – a full suite of agentic AI products called mea Operations.

The new line is built to dig into one of the biggest money pits in (re)insurance: operating expenses. Every insurer and broker knows that administrative drag burns billions each year. mea says it can cut that by half.

mea is run for insurers, by insurers who understand first-hand the problem of costly critical processes – and know how to intelligently deploy tech to solve it.

The suite stretches across the entire workflow – pre-bind underwriting, claims, post-bind, policy issuance, settlements, and finance.

It’s designed to automate the tedious, the repetitive, the stuff that eats 14 points off a carrier’s combined ratio or swallows half a broker’s total spend. The math’s simple: trim the overhead, lift the profitability.
