Outmarket AI has launched Outmarket Lite, a self-service version of its insurance-focused artificial intelligence platform designed to give smaller agencies access to automation tools previously offered primarily through enterprise arrangements.
The new service allows insurance agencies and teams to register online and begin using AI workflows the same day, without lengthy implementation processes or enterprise contracts.
Outmarket said the offering includes core capabilities from its flagship platform, which is used by more than 300 insurance agencies, including over a quarter of the nation’s Top 100 agencies.
The company is targeting smaller brokerages that face similar administrative demands to larger organisations but have fewer employees and resources available to manage manual processes.
Outmarket Lite brings AI workflows to smaller insurance agencies
Outmarket Lite supports workflows across commercial lines, personal lines and employee benefits. Its capabilities include automated proposal generation, quote and policy comparisons, policy reviews, coverage gap analysis, document verification, ACORD form completion and benefits plan comparisons.
Users also receive access to Outmarket Vault, Design Studio and AI Assistant, alongside technical and operational support through the company’s Help Center, email and weekly live webinars.
The company said these capabilities can help agencies reduce time spent on manual tasks, limit errors and omissions exposure, improve client service and support business growth.
“Every insurance agency, regardless of size, should have access to technology that helps their teams work smarter, serve clients better, and grow their business,” said Vishal Sankhla, Co-Founder and CEO of Outmarket.
“With Outmarket Lite, we’re making powerful AI capabilities accessible to agencies of all sizes. In just minutes, any agency can sign up, run their first workflow, and experience the impact of AI firsthand.”
Outmarket Lite pricing
Outmarket Lite is available immediately, with subscription pricing starting at $1,000 per seat per year, equivalent to approximately $83 per seat per month.
The self-service model provides an alternative to enterprise-focused insurance AI deployments, which the company said have traditionally involved larger brokerage customers, contractual commitments and longer implementation periods.
Agencies can begin with Outmarket Lite and subsequently move to Outmarket Enterprise, the company’s flagship platform, as their usage and operational requirements expand.
According to Outmarket, the transition does not require agencies to switch tools, allowing teams to retain their existing workflows as they move to the enterprise offering.
