CSIO has announced that Rival Insurance Technology (Rival) has achieved eDocs Certification. This recognition confirms that Rival has successfully implemented all 40 updated eDocs codes and descriptions into production on The Broker’s Workstation platform for both personal and commercial lines.
With this certification, Rival ensures its insurer partners that updated eDocs codes will be correctly labeled within Broker Management Systems (BMS). Once insurers deploy the updated codes, brokers will have seamless access through their BMS. This improvement simplifies workflows by reducing the need to open individual eDocs to determine necessary actions, enhancing broker efficiency.
Achieving eDocs Certification aligns with Rival’s goal to deliver efficient technology that empowers brokers to gain a competitive edge
Greg Purdy, CEO of Rival Insurance Technology
“Collaborating with CSIO and industry partners is key to fostering innovation and success. The updated eDocs are a vital step in helping brokers strengthen client relationships,” says Greg Purdy.
More CSIO members are working towards their own eDocs Certification. To join the initiative, members can download CSIO’s eDocs Business Requirements and Certification Document.
