Ukrainian Obriy AI raises $500k to scale multi-agent platform for enterprise & government

Ukrainian AI startup Obriy AI has secured $500k in pre-seed funding from N1 Investment Company. The Kyiv-based company is building SURE, an enterprise-grade multi-agent AI platform designed to automate complex workflows across business and government.

The deal goes beyond capital. Obriy AI and N1 describe it as a long-term strategic partnership, with N1 taking an active role in product scaling and go-to-market execution.

The funding gives the company more room to scale the product and widen its market reach.

The investor focuses on early-stage AI and software companies and plans to support Obriy AI through its next growth stage as it prepares for international expansion.

N1 chief executive Kyrylo Medvediev said the investment reflects confidence in Ukrainian technology companies building products for international markets. Both sides see this as a longer-term push, not a one-off funding event.

Obriy AI chief executive Viacheslav Shestakovsky said N1’s market understanding will help speed global expansion.

SURE sits at the centre of the company’s pitch. Obriy AI says the platform uses coordinated AI agents to automate full operational processes rather than handle narrow text-generation tasks.

It connects with internal knowledge bases and works as an AI operating layer for complex execution. The system is built for enterprise environments where request volumes stay high and mistakes carry a cost.

One live use case already exists. Through GovTech Lab, Obriy AI is running a pilot with Ukraine’s Ministry of Justice to support the Free Legal Aid system.

SURE interprets citizen requests and assists human operators handling those cases. The pilot, backed by up to $100,000 in funding, gives the company an early public-sector deployment in a regulated setting.

Obriy AI plans to use the pre-seed capital to push product development faster and expand the team. Work will focus on strengthening SURE’s main capabilities, including its language and legal reasoning models.

The company also plans to grow its engineering and business development functions as demand rises.

International expansion sits high on the agenda. Obriy AI wants to enter European markets first, using the new funding to adapt the platform for different regulatory settings and build local partnerships.

That matters. GovTech and enterprise sales don’t move on product alone.

The round gives Obriy AI an early vote of confidence at a time when Ukraine’s tech sector keeps producing companies with global ambitions.

By building multi-agent AI for enterprise and government use, the company is positioning itself around workflow automation where efficiency gains are measurable, immediate, and easier to defend.
