Wholesure, the wholesale brokerage division of Acrisure, has partnered with CyberCube to improve cyber insurance assessments for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Under the partnership, Wholesure will deploy CyberCube’s Broking Manager and CyberConnect products across its broker network.
These tools provide data-driven insights designed to support more informed underwriting and advisory processes.
Broking Manager gives brokers access to detailed risk profiles, financial loss projections, and peer group comparisons. This allows them to deliver tailored recommendations based on quantifiable exposure.
CyberConnect embeds CyberCube’s analytics, models, and live risk indicators directly into broker systems. The integration ensures immediate access to cyber risk intelligence without disrupting existing workflows.
Kevin Merchant, national cyber practice leader at Wholesure, said the collaboration strengthens the firm’s ability to equip brokers with actionable insight.
He noted that the agreement enhances brokers’ capacity to guide clients through a complex risk environment, offering support grounded in data and market analysis.
Through this partnership, Wholesure gains world-leading cyber risk analytics, enabling brokers to educate insurance buyers on cyber exposures and enhance recommendations. CyberCube’s analytics reports will also integrate into Wholesure’s cyber platform, saving brokers time and allowing them to focus on client advice.
CyberCube head of broker partnerships Nate Brink
Nate Brink, who leads broker partnerships at CyberCube, said Wholesure’s brokers will now gain access to tools that help translate cyber exposure into clear, financial terms.
He added that incorporating CyberCube’s reporting into Wholesure’s platform streamlines operations, allowing brokers to prioritize client strategy over administrative tasks.
This strategic partnership marks a pivotal moment for Wholesure, empowering our extensive network of brokers with market-leading analytics to address the evolving landscape of cyber risk.
Wholesure national cyber practice leader Kevin Merchant said
“Our commitment is to equip our brokers with the tools and knowledge necessary to effectively educate retailers and insureds, fostering a deeper understanding of their unique cyber exposures. This collaboration will facilitate data-driven insurance decisions, ensuring that businesses are not only protected but also strategically positioned against potential cyber threats,” Kevin Merchant said.
CyberCube began in 2015 as part of Symantec and now operates independently. It provides software designed to model and quantify cyber risk in financial terms. Its platform is used by over 100 insurers and brokers worldwide.
The company combines artificial intelligence with cross-sector expertise to produce outputs that support insurance placement and portfolio management. Its clients include global carriers, reinsurers, and intermediaries managing $bn-scale cyber exposure.
