Jennifer Richards has been appointed as Aon’s Chief Executive Officer for the Asia-Pacific region, effective March 1, 2025. She succeeds Anne Corona, who has recently taken on the role of CEO of enterprise clients and global chief commercial officer.
Richards will collaborate with the Asia-Pacific executive committee to expand the firm’s capabilities, strengthen client relationships, drive growth, and execute the 3×3 Plan.
She will report to Lori Goltermann, CEO of regions, and join Aon’s executive committee. She plans to relocate from Australia to Singapore in the coming months.
Since joining Aon in Australia 13 years ago, Richards has helped clients manage risk and workforce challenges at local, regional, and global levels. Most recently, she led Aon Australia, strengthening client relationships and advancing the 3×3 Plan to accelerate growth across all solution lines.
Before Aon, Richards held senior management roles at American International Group, focusing on financial institutions and mergers and acquisitions in North America. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate and securities law at Sidley Austin LLP in New York.

Anne Corona serves as Aon’s Chief Executive Officer for Enterprise Clients and Global Chief Commercial Officer, effective January 1, 2025.
In this role, she collaborates with Aon’s Enterprise Client Group leaders and regional chief commercial officers to enhance commercial alignment, integrate data and analytics, and deliver service excellence globally.
Before this, Corona was the CEO of Aon’s Asia-Pacific region, based in Singapore, where she managed the firm’s business across solution lines and partnered with key clients to help them make better decisions to protect and grow their businesses.
She also served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO, leading projects that supported the Aon United strategy and mission to bring the best of Aon to clients and drive sustainable growth.
Earlier, as President of Aon’s Financial Services Group, she led strategy and innovation, focusing on identifying exposures and developing insurance solutions related to Directors’ and Officers’ Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fidelity, and other related management liability insurance products for public and large private companies.
Throughout her nearly 25-year career with Aon, Corona has worked in the company’s Singapore, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and London offices.
