Chubb has appointed Paul Jones as Head of Accident & Health for Europe, Middle East and Africa, effective Oct. 1, 2026.
Based in Madrid, Jones will lead Chubb’s A&H business across EMEA and oversee its regional growth strategy. His remit covers corporate clients, affinity groups and consumers, with a focus on expanding relationships and identifying opportunities across established and developing markets.
Jones has served as Head of Corporate A&H, EMEA since October 2025. He joined Chubb in 2018 as Head of Travel, EMEA before moving on to lead the insurer’s Small Commercial and Middle Market division.
In 2022, Jones relocated to Madrid to lead Chubb’s EMEA Underwriting & Servicing Centre and develop the company’s regional capabilities. Before joining Chubb, he held senior leadership positions at Aon and AIG.
