Infinity Loop secures $5 mn seed round to expand AI-driven contract platform

Infinity Loop, an AI-native contract intelligence platform for enterprise vendor management, has raised $5mn in a Seed Round led by Glasswing Ventures and TIAA Ventures. Additional investors include Plug and Play, Restive Ventures, and several angel investors.

Founded by former procurement consultants and AI specialists Nithin Mummaneni and Kevin Liang, Infinity Loop aims to eliminate the inefficiencies of vendor spend management still reliant on spreadsheets, outdated systems, or external consultants.

The platform applies machine learning to evaluate existing and proposed contracts, flag weak terms, identify performance gaps, and recommend vendor-specific negotiation strategies grounded in real-time market data.

One customer reported $19.5mn in savings over five months. Clients have achieved over 12% in annual cost reductions.

The platform operates as a centralized system for analyzing, grading, and optimizing contract performance across all spending categories.

Key features include real-time negotiation support, automated deal evaluation, and AI-powered vendor due diligence that uncovers leverage points often missed in traditional workflows.

The $5mn in funding will accelerate Infinity Loop’s go-to-market strategy, driven by increased demand from large enterprises seeking cost savings and better control over contract risk.

This funding allows us to scale faster and bring our product to more enterprises looking to unlock savings and take control of vendor contracts. We’re building the solution we always wanted as consultants, something that combines domain expertise with AI to deliver real, measurable results.

Mummaneni, CEO of Infinity Loop

According to Gartner, by 2027, 50% of organizations will adopt AI-native tools for supplier negotiations.

The Hackett Group reports that spend reduction continues to rank among the highest priorities for chief procurement officers. Infinity Loop is already used across financial services, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical sectors, delivering consistent savings and enhanced risk mitigation.

Wayne Baker, CIO at TIAA Ventures, said, “This is about embedding institutional-grade negotiation strategy into software.” Glasswing Ventures partner Kleida Martiro added, “Infinity Loop brings structure and intelligence to an area historically shaped by inconsistent, manual efforts.”
