Embedded insurtech bolttech has partnered with iBox, Indonesia’s largest Apple Premium Reseller and part of Erajaya Digital, to introduce TecProtec with AppleCare Services. This new device protection plan is now available to iPhone buyers across Indonesia.
Customers gain access to certified repairs using original Apple components and expert support backed directly by AppleCare Services.
The offering includes door-to-door pickup and return, with service handled by one of 24 authorised Apple Service Providers nationwide.
The protection package allows for up to two device replacements over 24 months. Each claim costs 25% of the retail price.
Unlimited repairs for accidental damage are also included, with fixed pricing: IDR500,000 for either front or back glass, IDR1,000,000 for both, and IDR1,500,000 for other damage. Battery replacement is free if capacity falls below 80%.
