Insurtech Neutrinos introduced a platform that helps insurers apply AI-driven tasks

Neutrinos, a specialist in intelligent automation, has introduced a platform that helps insurers apply AI-driven decision-making, simplify tasks, and improve customer interactions.

The AI Agent Composer meets rising demand for advanced automation in insurance. Insurers want AI-powered tools to boost efficiency, improve service, and support data-driven decisions.

This platform moves beyond basic chatbots and isolated systems by deploying AI agents that operate autonomously and adjust in real time. These agents handle key processes, including user automation, employee support, service requests, and case management. AI-driven intelligence improves efficiency and oversight.

A key feature is its visual interface, which allows users to set up AI-powered workflows, data pipelines, and automation rules without deep technical knowledge.

The AI agents can function in a supervised “co-pilot” mode, requiring human approval for key actions, or in full automation mode, completing tasks with minimal oversight.

Gartner projects that by 2028, 33% of enterprise software applications will use agentic AI, up from under 1% in 2024. This shift could automate 15% of daily work decisions, preparing insurers for AI-driven operations.

Neutrinos integrates domain-specific large language models (LLMs) with intelligent automation to improve decision-making, efficiency, and scalability across insurance workflows.

Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Suresh Chandrasekharan noted that agentic AI is advancing as industry leaders invest in automation for higher productivity and better customer experiences.

He highlighted AI’s role in streamlining insurance processes such as claims management, underwriting, and customer interactions, enabling end-to-end automation and seamless workflow coordination for faster, more accurate service.

Neutrinos, founded in 2015 and based in Singapore, specializes in intelligent automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries.

The company offers a hyper-automation platform that utilizes AI to streamline operations such as claims processing, underwriting, and distribution.

In terms of funding, Neutrinos has received investment from InsurTech NY. As of January 2025, the company reported annual revenue between $10 mn and $50 mn.

The leadership team includes Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Samik Ghosh, Co-founder and Chief Platform Technology Officer Suresh Chandrasekharan, and Co-founder and President of U.S. Operations Pieter Noppe.
