An important focus will be on enhancing AI-driven personalization alongside scalable formats. With the backing of strong investors, Likeminded is poised to make a significant impact on the mental health landscape in the corporate world.

One aspect that sets Likeminded apart is its expertise in group formats, in addition to one-on-one sessions and on-demand content with psychologists.

Founded in 2020, the company has seen a remarkable 200% growth in users over the past 12 months, impressing existing investor Heartcore Capital.

The need for such mental health solutions has become increasingly evident, with a rising number of people experiencing workplace-related mental stress.

In 2022, the DAK reported a record high in sick leave due to mental illness.

In response to this issue, Likeminded was founded by Kimberly Breuer, Maximilian Heberger, Stefan Anca, and Josu García de Albizu. The platform’s user-friendly interface ensures quick access to personalized mental health offers.
