Insurtech recreational vehicle specialist Roamly has been appointed as a Lloyd’s coverholder.
Four years earlier Outdoorsy, an online recreational vehicle rental and outdoor travel business, launched its insurtech division with SiriusPoint after raising $120 mn in equity and debt financing.
Roamly partners with carriers to provide products and insurance services in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Apollo ibott 1971 supported the coverholder designation. Its president, Christopher Moore, stated that Roamly developed new offerings for on-demand, shared marketplaces with a clear underwriting framework and risk management for specialized vehicles.

This appointment allows Roamly to deliver new offerings faster and with greater credibility, expanding its marketplace products to partners and customers who travel and share assets.
