Jason Bartow has been re-elected president of the Professional Insurance Agents of New York State for the 2026-27 term.

PIA New York confirmed the appointment at its annual business meeting on Sept. 9, 2026. Bartow, based in Dix Hills, New York, serves as commercial lines executive vice president at Eugene A. Bartow Insurance Agency Inc. and Jebb Brokerage Inc.

His latest appointment extends a long period in PIA New York leadership. Bartow first served as treasurer in 2021-22, followed by vice president in 2022-23 and first vice president in 2023-24. He became president-elect for 2024-25 before beginning his first presidential term in 2025-26.

Bartow also participates in committees focused on education and conferences, government affairs and membership outreach. He remains involved with the nominations committee as well.

Before taking senior roles at PIANY, Bartow served as president of New York Young Insurance Professionals. He continues to participate in the organisation as a past president.

NY-YIP presented Bartow with its Distinguished Service award in 2018. The award recognises members for professional standards and service to the organisation.
