SUPERAGENT 3.0 brings vertical AI to insurance agencies

SUPERAGENT AI, Inc. launched SUPERAGENT 3.0, a new version of its agency AI platform built to give insurance businesses a working view of vertical AGI. The company said agencies get immediate access, fast self-onboarding and a conversational system built to replace standard software menus with an AI business partner.

The product uses live agency data to handle calls, campaigns, leads, renewals and training through one interface. Agency owners type a request or say it out loud, then review the work before the system changes anything. It’s a controlled model, not a black-box handoff.

Founded in 2025 and headquartered in San Francisco, SUPERAGENT AI is the purpose-built AI workforce platform for insurance agencies. Trusted by over 500 U.S. agencies, it unifies inbound and outbound calling, campaigns, quoting data capture, call intelligence, and producer training.

Older agency AI tools mostly exported reports or sent users into external chatbots. SUPERAGENT 3.0 moves the intelligence into the operating layer of the agency, where day-to-day sales, servicing and training work already sit.

According to insurtech, the system understands agency context, executes workflows and asks for approval before any action changes the business record.

Vlada Lotkina, CEO of SUPERAGENT AI, said the launch changes how owners run an agency. Users don’t operate SUPERAGENT 3.0 through traditional navigation, she said. They speak or type what they need, and the work appears in front of them. She described the platform as the business partner many agency owners wanted when they started.

The system focuses on outcomes rather than answers. An owner asking for a winback campaign for every lost lead in the quarter receives a ready-to-activate campaign plan, with AI agents assigned to call steps.

That gives the agency a structured campaign without forcing staff to move between reporting tools, dialers and task systems.

SUPERAGENT 3.0 also adds call intelligence. The platform scores customer interactions across an eight-dimension quality framework, which helps owners see which objections cost the agency binds. That matters for agencies trying to improve producer performance without relying only on manual call reviews.

Training also moves closer to live customer behavior. SUPERAGENT 3.0 turns difficult customer calls into AI training personas for live voice roleplay. Producers practice against real objections on demand, with scenarios drawn from the agency’s own conversations rather than generic sales scripts.

The platform adds custom skills for repeatable workflows. Owners describe a process in plain English, and SUPERAGENT 3.0 turns it into a skill following the agency’s playbook.

The system also uses adaptive memory, learning the agency’s processes and adjusting to the team’s working style over time.

Insurance agencies still run on trust, compliance and owner control. SUPERAGENT AI built 3.0 around that constraint. The system reads data instantly, but any action affecting the agency’s book requires explicit human approval through a prompt card. Every credit and minute of work stays visible to the user.

Vadym Shashkov, CTO of SUPERAGENT AI, said the company built 3.0 around one rule: the agency owner stays in command. The AI investigates, recommends and executes, he said, but the owner makes the final click before anything changes in the book.
