Deepak Taduru has joined Zurich Insurance as Head of Talent Acquisition, taking on a senior recruitment leadership role at the global insurer. He brings experience across talent acquisition, workforce planning, executive hiring, early careers, recruitment operations and talent advisory work in financial services and technology.
Before joining Zurich Insurance, Taduru served as Head of Talent Acquisition – Global Client Delivery Centers at IQ-EQ. He covered India, the Philippines and Mauritius, supporting Global Client Delivery operations across several service lines and centres with more than 2,200 employees.
Earlier, Taduru was Vice President – APAC Recruiting at Northern Trust. His responsibilities included workforce planning, connecting recruitment priorities with business needs, running early talent programmes and advising senior leadership on hiring matters. He also led recruitment teams across the region.
Taduru previously worked as AVP & India Head of Talent Acquisition at DBS Technology, partnering with global and country leaders on hiring priorities. He led the India talent acquisition function, covering recruitment performance, stakeholder management, staffing governance, compliance, team development and recruitment capability building for the technology organisation.
His earlier career includes talent acquisition leadership positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, HCLTech, Deloitte Consulting and MindTree Consulting.
At Cognizant, he led recruitment for Hyderabad and several business units across India while supporting Talent Acquisition PMO work involving budgets and analytics.
His experience at Deloitte and MindTree added further exposure to technology recruitment and broader people functions. Across these roles, Taduru has worked with hiring programmes spanning large delivery organisations, financial services and technology businesses.
Taduru completed the Executive Programme in Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He also holds a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Osmania University.
