Carpe Data plugs its insurance fraud tools into Verisk ClaimSearch network

Carpe Data folds its next-gen claims intelligence into Verisk’s ClaimSearch platform, a move that gives insurers instant access to its injury-claim fraud tools without wrestling with yet another integration queue.

ClaimSearch already anchors a huge slice of the P&C claims ecosystem, so plugging Carpe Data straight into that workflow feels like a practical shortcut rather than another shiny vendor link.

According to Beinsure analysts, the collaboration lets carriers pull Carpe Data’s Online Injury Alerts and Investigative Reports directly inside ClaimSearch, meaning adjusters don’t need to hop between siloed systems or beg IT for rushed API work.

Max Drucker, Carpe Data’s CEO, says insurers have dealt with too many stitched-together tools for too long, and this setup finally lets claims teams get “all-signal, no-noise” insights without grinding through months of backend buildout. Short beat.

Through our collaboration with Verisk, property & casualty claims professionals can more easily access and benefit from Carpe Data’s all-signal, no-noise insights.

The Online Injury Alerts run around the clock, flagging meaningful updates on open injury claims while filtering out useless pings that normally clutter adjusters’ queues.

One-click Investigative Reports go deeper: social connections, screenshots, citations, clean export formatting, and preserved evidence that actually stands up when a case ends up in court.

Some insurers have complained about messy exports in other tools; Carpe Data tries to kill that pain point with consistent formatting that fits existing claim systems.

Processes stay predictable too. Every claimant gets the same arms-length, repeatable checks, which helps teams keep handling fair and cost management sane.

Drucker argues this cuts the guesswork that often drifts into late-stage claim reviews.

Jeff Ryan, chief product officer for anti-fraud analytics at Verisk, says threats against claims departments keep shifting fast, and bringing Carpe Data into ClaimSearch gives carriers another layer of defense built into the system they already rely on.

Maybe that sounds like standard vendor talk, but the ClaimSearch footprint is big enough that the impact lands quickly.

External threats to insurance claims departments have never been more diverse or sophisticated, so we’re focused on helping to ensure our customers stay well ahead of emerging risks.

“By integrating Carpe Data’s innovative solutions, we’re enhancing the ClaimSearch ecosystem by leveraging our collective strengths to better defend our joint customers,” said Jeff Ryan.

Carpe Data, for its part, keeps positioning itself as the shop that converts millions of online data points into ready-to-use intelligence for claims and commercial underwriting.

Its AI-driven alerts and reporting tools aim to spot fraud earlier, speed up the claims cycle, and tighten the way carriers evaluate small-business risk – because stale data slows everything down, and the market isn’t exactly patient anymore.
