Insurity, a provider of cloud-based software for insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs, has expanded its partnership with ReSource Pro, extending their collaboration across additional insurance software products to help carriers, managing general agents (MGAs) and brokers improve technology implementation and operational performance.
The agreement builds on an established relationship between Insurity, a provider of cloud-based insurance software, and ReSource Pro, an insurance-focused technology and services company specializing in operational improvement and execution.
Under the expanded arrangement, the companies will combine Insurity’s cloud platforms with ReSource Pro’s insurance operations expertise, technology services, managed support and process improvement capabilities. The objective is to reduce implementation complexity, improve delivery outcomes and help insurance organizations develop operating models that can support growth.
ReSource Pro brings more than two decades of insurance industry experience, with services covering policy administration and servicing, underwriting support, managed operations and AI-enabled automation.
Its expanded involvement will support insurers undertaking core system modernization, including changes to the processes, services and workflows surrounding their technology platforms.
The partnership is intended to address operational requirements that extend beyond replacing existing systems. By coordinating platform implementation with process improvement and operational readiness, the companies aim to help customers achieve more consistent execution and sustained performance improvements across a wider range of Insurity products.
