Neutrinos launches AI-native coreless platform to modernize insurance systems

Insurtech Neutrinos has unveiled its AI-Native Coreless System of Execution (CSoE), a platform the company says delivers enterprise-grade intelligent execution through data virtualization and metadata streaming.

The system is designed to help insurers bypass costly, disruptive core replacements by layering modern capabilities on top of legacy infrastructure.

Traditional insurance systems often struggle with outdated monolithic cores that are expensive to maintain and slow to adapt. Neutrinos’ CSoE replaces that approach with an event-driven, composable architecture built on a governed data fabric layer.

The company describes it as creating a “hollowed-out” environment, where modern modules operate virtually without dismantling existing systems.

The platform aims to unify fragmented data across underwriting, claims, case management, and analytics, supported by a semantic graph-style ontology.

Features include modular services connected by APIs, real-time interoperability, agentic orchestration with embedded observability, and enterprise-grade governance for compliance, security, and auditing.

“This AI-Native System of Execution enables true enterprise-scale transformation while extending the value of existing systems,” said Suresh Chandrashekaran, co-founder and CTO of Neutrinos. “We drive business agility while avoiding painful, expensive and risky legacy overhauls.”

Neutrinos is rolling out the platform with insurers in North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

Founded as an AI-powered automation provider, the company has built its solutions around agentic AI designed to automate complex processes across underwriting, claims, and distribution, enabling faster innovation and more efficient customer experiences.

As of early 2025, Neutrinos has raised funding from a single investor, InsurTech NY. That’s the only disclosed investor, and beyond that, no additional funding rounds or amounts are publicly listed.

Insurtech shared that its annual revenue falls between $10 mn and $50 mn as of January 2025.

In Fwbruary, Neutrinos simplify tasks, and improve customer interactions. The AI Agent Composer meets rising demand for advanced automation in insurance. Insurers want AI-powered tools to boost efficiency, improve service, and support data-driven decisions.

This platform moves beyond basic chatbots and isolated systems by deploying AI agents that operate autonomously and adjust in real time. These agents handle key processes, including user automation, employee support, service requests, and case management. AI-driven intelligence improves efficiency and oversight.

A key feature is its visual interface, which allows users to set up AI-powered workflows, data pipelines, and automation rules without deep technical knowledge.

In July, Neutrinos has launched its AI Agent Library to streamline automation across key insurance operations.

The library supports workflows in claims, underwriting, servicing, fraud detection, and customer engagement. It enables scalable deployment of agentic AI without requiring teams to build from scratch.

Delivered through the Neutrinos intelligent automation platform, the tool integrates with both legacy infrastructure and modern systems. This compatibility allows insurers to adopt AI quickly, with minimal disruption to existing processes.

According to CEO and co-founder Samik Ghosh, the library offers a practical entry point for implementing AI agents across the insurance value chain.
