Insurity, a provider of cloud-based software and analytics for insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs, has partnered with Gain Life, a firm focused on improving the insurance claims process through behavioral economics and AI.

This partnership makes Insurity the first major claims system to offer 24/7 automated guidance and support to claimants and policyholders, using Gain Life’s claims communication platform.

The collaboration addresses challenges like the heavy administrative load of claims processing and the limited availability of claims professionals.

It streamlines claims management, delivering key documents and insights more efficiently, reducing the burden on professionals, and allowing them to prioritize client interactions.

Insurers could see cost reductions and increased customer satisfaction. Gain Life’s platform has already saved 25% on medical-only claims and over $18,000 per complex lost-time claim.

It also saves claims professionals over four hours weekly, ensuring an efficient process with high claimant engagement.
