Carpe, an AI-powered intelligence company, launched Carpe Claims, a unified intelligence suite for property and casualty insurers, according to Beinsure. The product brings together the company’s claims data experience with newer AI tools built to work inside carrier systems, claims workflows and SIU operations.
The Santa Barbara-based company said the suite is available now and includes three new products: Carpe Case Management, Carpe Vision and Carpe AdWatch. They join updated versions of Carpe’s existing Online Injury Alerts and Investigative Reports products.
Carpe said its technology already runs in production with most of the 10 largest U.S. property and casualty carriers. The new suite gives insurers a broader operating layer for claims intelligence, with tools designed for adjusters, SIU teams and carrier-owned AI systems.
- Carpe Case Management gives claims teams one workspace for parties, vehicles, documents and open-web intelligence tied to a claim. The product uses AI to read the claim file in context, closer to the way an experienced adjuster reviews facts, documents and outside signals before deciding where risk sits.
- Carpe Vision focuses on forensic image review. It checks photos and documents for AI generation, manipulation and metadata issues. This matters as images increasingly influence claim decisions, fraud reviews and payment outcomes.
- Carpe AdWatch tracks attorney advertising and litigation marketing activity across markets. The product gives carriers earlier visibility into litigation pressure forming around specific geographies, claim types or books of business.
The company also rebuilt Online Injury Alerts and Investigative Reports for newer carrier workflows. Both products now support headless operation, native Model Context Protocol support and agentic interactivity.
In practice, a carrier’s own AI system orders an investigation, monitors a claimant, asks follow-up questions about findings and routes results into the claims process without requiring a user to work through a separate screen. The same technical layer supports Minerva, Carpe’s commercial underwriting product line.
Carpe said this structure gives carriers one intelligence layer across the policy lifecycle, from underwriting through claims and investigation. According to Beinsure, this reflects a wider shift in insurance technology: carriers want data products to operate inside existing systems rather than sit as separate vendor portals.
Carpe’s deployment model also differs from the usual data-vendor setup. Its forward deployed team works inside carrier claims organizations and connects products directly to live workflows. The same environment supports adjusters, SIU investigators and AI agents built by the carrier.
“We spent ten years building the deepest view of claims activity on the open web. Now we have given it hands,” said Max Drucker, CEO of Carpe.
Carpe Claims is the result of a decade of data teaming up with AI that does the work to monitor, investigate, verify and act inside the systems carriers run today. Our customers are already operating in the agentic era most are still preparing for.
Carpe, formerly Carpe Data, provides AI-powered intelligence for insurers across claims, SIU and underwriting. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Santa Barbara, California, the company turns open-web information into decision-ready claims and underwriting insight for insurance carriers.
