Alex Wootton – executive vice president and global leader of Health Solutions for Multinationals at Aon

Prior Aon, Alex led the Sales function within the Global Health and Benefits Group (H&B) at Willis Towers Watson. In this role, we helped clients with strategic support in respect of their health and risk benefits in local markets in North America and around the rest of the world.

Prior to this, I spent 20 years in the Integrated and Global Solutions group in San Francisco and in Chicago and the UK before that, consulting initially to UK-based and then US-based, multinationals on a broad range of non-domestic HR needs. I am a frequent speaker on global benefits and a faculty member at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
