David Dean – Managing director, Mergers & Acquisitions, WTW
David Dean is a Managing Director at WTW, a global leader in risk, broking and consulting. He has over 20 years of experience helping clients improve their business performance through effective people, risk and financial management. He is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, having rejoined the Global M&A team at WTW in 2022.
He has extensive consulting experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of the M&A lifecycle keying in on the intersection of business and HR strategy.
David blends experience from management consulting, global client management and human capital advisory work to support client financial goals and organization effectiveness. David brings a passion for both clients and people, emphasizing development of others through coaching, mentoring, and learning and development.
He holds an MBA from Emory University, an M.A. from Yale University, and a B.A. in French and Political Science from Amherst College. He is fluent in French and has a deep understanding of employee benefits, management consulting, and organization effectiveness.
