Nikhilmon O U – Research Analyst, Swiss Re Institute
Nikhilmon O U is an insurance research analyst, based at the Swiss Re Institute’s India branch. As a part of thought leadership and market intelligence team, he primarily focuses on research and analytics related to decarbonization of critical economic systems.
Prior to joining Swiss Re, Nikhil was engaged as a consultant with Intellecap Advisory Services Private Limited. During this period, he has worked with several bilateral and multilateral agencies in project design and strategy development, research, and monitoring and evaluation across different development sectors.
His engagement as a consultant for design and evaluation assignments funded by international development agencies enabled him to work closely on various thematic areas such as climate change, low carbon economy, regenerative agriculture, livelihoods, natural resources management, gender, and humanitarian issues, including forced displacement and harm reduction advocacy.
